Our new debit card company does not mail debit card PIN numbers for either new debit cards or reissued debit cards. Upon activating your new or reissued card, you will be prompted to either activate your card and/or to select a PIN number. You may also call the credit union and we can enter the PIN number for you.

Access this feature in Member Access and click on Debit Card Settings to disable and enable your card. If you think you have lost your card or if it has been stolen, you can disable your card. If you disable it due to fraud, please contact the credit union immediately. The disable/enable feature works immediately and is available 24/7.
